Y'all can tell I'm living in Texas too long, this New York lady made a bolo tie!  Actually this design was inspired by a generous and talented jewelry instructor from The Makery located in Texas Hill Country not far from San Antonio. I discovered this instructor and joined her group on Facebook at the beginning of the pandemic.  The bolo is the latest live workshop she hosted.  This is my version of the bolo demonstrated.  The heart is a pink opal, copper tuquoise and oyster mix that I purchased on Etsy.  The metal is sterling silver that I lightly blackened to bring out the textured details in the silver. It slides on an 18 inch genuine 3mm braided leather teal cord.
